THE PROCESS
Having a billboard really is a passive income - iSite Media will complete the regulatory hurdles, construction, project management, the legal contract, sell the space and arrange the installation/de-installation process. We will work in consultation with you to ensure you are happy with every step of the process.
iSite Media will assess the commercial value of the site and enter into a legal contract as a lessee - you are the lessor (the landlord) and lease iSite Media the advertising space.
The income you earn may be fixed, or based on a percentage return should you choose to share in the risk profile. We commit to making tailor-made landowner payment reports to meet your individual requirements.
