Transit TV offers a wide variety of monthly advertising packages viewed by 10,000 passengers each day.
Transit TV is an exciting network of digital screens located in NZ Buses Auckland based environmentally friendly Link Buses. It has been developed to enhance the passengers' journey time providing an interesting mix of news, weather, sports, bus information updates and advertising.
The adverts can be made up to 60 seconds long and using new GPS technology can be interactive with their geographical surroundings. An advertiser can use this technology to ensure the campaign targets the right audience at the right time.
The Link buses carry a captive audience of 10,000 passengers each day from 6:00am to midnight, and the demographics are skewed to a younger age group. 62 percent of passengers are aged between 16 - 29 with 80 percent being 39 or younger. 30 percent of passenger journeys are tertiary related, 42 percent for work purposes and 10 percent for shopping.
Two 19 inch screens are located at the front and middle of the bus and stereo speakers are fitted throughout.

PRODUCTION
Production is managed in-house and the file set-up is a relatively simple process with full specification details available on request
Supply us with a TVC and we can convert to a useable format. Each advert plays on average every 10 - 15 minutes. A news ticker displayed at the bottom of the screen ensures viewer interest as updates occur regularly.
